1. DESCRIPTION:
GFD20X1PT series is the high temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber base, transparent, without additive. It has a good mechanical property if with the Platinum additive as the curing agent.

3. APPLICATIONS:
It has a wide and general use for extrusion purpose, particularly suit to food grade and medical grade products, but also can use for industrial extruded profile, tubes, hose etc.

1. Using instruction: it is suggested to use Platinum additive as the curing agent to mix the rubber base.
2. Storage: store in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
3. Package: 20kg/carton or 600kg/box.
4. The shelf life is 6 months after the production date.

8: QUALITY CONTROL:

Based on high quality and high standard, MIDGOLD SILICONE has been cooperated with many customers from Europe, America, and Asia. We control quality from the raw material to batch strictly in our own standardized laboratory,  our test technicians follow test routine and standard required by our customers to operate test program. Any defect should not be allow to ship out. If customer has no test requirements, we will also do basic test in our laboratory to assure the quality.

Test methods as below:

Appearance is test by eyes.
Hardness is tested according to GB/T 531.1-2008.
Tensile strength, elongation and tensile are tested according to GB/T 528-1998.
Tear strength is tested according to GB/T 529-2008.
Plasticity is tested according to GB/T 12828-2006.
The sample for shrinkage test is prepared in 130mm*130mm*2mm.
